SEEN:
Background examination of the legal entity known as SAN MARTIN GENERAL SPORTS CENTRE, with legal DECREE No. 1.650/48 , FILE N ° 7, established street legal 9 July 1779, Stoned Corrientes, it appears that it does not make since 2001 ASSEMBLY .-
WHEREAS
That is the duty of the GENERAL INSPECTION legal persons have a controller of the entities with legal status, in order that they carry out their activities within the rules established in its bylaws and laws conexsas.
, pending the institution set reference to statutory provisions is subject to the penalties provided for in Decree-Law 28/00 and other rules in force.

RESOLVED:
Article l °) closely the legal entity named GENERAL SPORTS CENTER SAN MARTIN, for not conforming to its bylaws
.- Article 2 °) Set : the aforementioned institution for the period of thirty (30) days from the date to convene ASSEMBLY Decree Law No 28/00 and other related laws .-
article 3) COMMUNICATE Entity leaving the copy of the resolution and proceedings book until it complied with the Intimation within the strict time limit indicated above, otherwise it will proceed to apply the appropriate legal sanctions .-
